Premium Kynar 500 Coatings Standard on Metal Roof Panels
For the life of the metal roofing panel, the coating (paint color) will be exposed to environmental elements, including ultraviolet sun rays, acid rain, dirt, etc. Over time, these environmental conditions break down the coating, resulting in panel fade and chalk.
Previously, Wahoo Docks offered coatings for metal roofing panels primarily in siliconized polyester. Realizing that Kynar 500 coatings provide the best protection against fade and chalk, Wahoo Docks has opted to order all of its metal roofing panels with the premium Kynar coating. The 18 colors now available with the Kynar 500 coating are backed by a 40-year limited warranty from the manufacturer, 10 years longer than standard coatings on cracking, checking or peeling.
Mission Style Stone-Coated Steel Roof Panels Available
Wahoo Docks introduces a new line of sheet metal roof panels to its roof design options. Classic Tile, a stone-coated steel roof protects against harsh weather conditions including blizzards, tornadoes, moderate hail and fire. The roof system is as attractive as traditional S-shaped Mission or Spanish tile, but lighter weight than clay or concrete versions, while providing unmatched protection against the most extreme weather. Classic Tile colors available from Wahoo Docks include Driftwood, Spanish Red and Barclay.
