Edgewater is a true resort style community with all of the amenities you would expect; golf, water sports and activities; fitness; tennis; horses and so much more.
Masters champion Fuzzy Zoeller is behind this fantastic community, which includes: fishing, water sports, an 18-hole golf course, miles of pathways andwalking trails, and a lakeside park.
Future plans for the community include a social center, the Meeting House, exclusively for residents over 55, a Golf Clubhouse, Lake Club and water park, Tennis and Athletic Club, Boat Club, and even a public marina (recently completed by Wahoo!).
The marina, built to house ten boats at a time, was constructed with the help of Double D Docks. Double D Docks is a Wahoo aluminum dock dealer.
This multi-slip, CAT5 aluminum dock marina is equipped with Ironwood decking on both the dock and dock gangway.
A gable dock roof stretches the entire base of the marina protecting owner’s boats from anything up above.
